The standard undergraduate Marine Biology BSc degree in the UK has the UCAS code of C160, and there are a wide range of Universities which run this course, along with Joint Honours degrees with other subjects such as Oceanography, Zoology, Chemistry and so on. If an applicant fails to get on the pure Marine Biology BSc, the University may offer them a place on a Joint Honours degree instead.

For league tables and ratings of the Universities and courses in this area, as well as all others, you can usually refer to occasional publications such as those in The Times 'Good University Guide', or the The Guardian's University League Tables, and other newspapers, particularly around March - June time when students are making final decisions about which course they will do and where.
Though these rankings often leave much to be desired in what they actually assess.
